Some more prizes in the mail

I know, I know. I've been completely negligent in keeping you up to date on my recent winnings. Since my last post, I've won a couple of free bags of M & M's on the Mars Halloween Million Dollar mansion game, a couple of free jars of salsa from Pace, and $20 from Coke. I've received some more goodies in the mail, too. I got a free t-shirt from Miller Icehouse.



I didn't get any notification that I won. They just sent it. My brother got a nice t-shirt out of that deal.

I also received the La Victoria salsa coupons that I won a couple of months back in the last day or two. For some reason, that product is not distributed in this area, so I swapped those with another sweeper on my favorite sweeping site, Sweetie's Sweepstakes, for some cinnamon roll coupons and free cereal coupons. At least I won't starve, right? Although I'm not sure what a diet of salsa, chocolate, cinnamon rolls and cereal might do to you....

I Love Mail!!!

I am one of those people, that despite the possibility of receiving a bill, gets highly depressed if I go to my mailbox to find it empty. I'm like Charlie Brown when he doesn't get a Valentine. I think the least somebody could do is send me some junk mail. So you can only imagine my excitement when I came home from a long weekend visiting my parents with my daughter, to find that not only did I have mail, but I had packages. Some of the prizes I'd won in May and June are starting to arrive. I've received my Bolle sunglasses from Miller,



a candy dispenser from Jelly Belly



and today I got my sunchaser kit (koozies, bottle opener, chapstick) from Miller.



Whoo Hoo! I'm ecstatic! And yesterday I won $20 from Coca Cola. I can't wait to check the mail tomorrow.

No sweeping=No winning

I think I am proving the theory that you have to play to win. I'm totally off schedule and have played very little the last couple of weeks. Needless to say, I haven't won much. I did add another jar of Pace Salsa to my collection just before that instant win game ended. Now they are doing another IWG, but no money is involved. Just coupons for salsa. But still, free is free, right?

A Very Dry Week

I guess I shouldn't have complained about re-winning music downloads I already had and jars of salsa I can't find in the store. This week I have won absolutely NOTHING!!! Not a thing. By the way, someone asked what I plan to do with all the salsa coupons. I will probably trade my salsa coupons on Sweetie's site if I ever get them and since I've won about four of the Pace coupons, I've used some for myself and I've given some to family. I use my "money" winnings as mad money for fun things like gifts for people or going out to dinner or a movie--things I don't really have money for in my budget anymore. Maybe this dry spell means I'll be winning big next week? Keeping my fingers and toes crossed!
